Joliet citizens can request an online Service Request to report non-emergency neighborhood and community concerns such as overgrown grass violations, trash or junk in yards, street light outages, and more.  Please note that this online service request system is not monitored 24 hours a day.  If your issue requires immediate Joliet Police or Fire emergency assistance please dial 9-1-1 or for non-emergency assistance dial (815) 726-2498.
