The Louis Lozar House is an excellent example of a one-story front gable Craftsman style brick bungalow. Built in 1919, the house has a cut shingle front gable, a full-width front porch, exposed bracketing, and protruding beams. The structure is a Local Landmark and part of the Bungalow Thematic District.
