How to Report a Water Main Break

Whether you see a water main break, damaged fire hydrant, or any other problem with the City of Joliet water system, please let us know.

To report any problems, damage, or maintenance issues contact the Department of Public Utilities at 815-724-4220.  This line is answered 24 hours a day.  If an operator is not available, please leave a detailed phone message.
