The Finance Department provides financial reporting, payroll services, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility billing, customer service, and administration of the City’s outstanding debt obligations.  The Department prepares the Annual Budget, invests City funds for both short and long-term purposes, and provides cash management services for the City.  The Department is also responsible for the completion of the annual audit of all City funds.
