A lifelong resident of Joliet, married to Rosalinda Cardenas for fifteen years. Cardenas is an entrepreneur, a community leader, and a mentor. His passion is helping people discover and open doors to opportunity.

Cardenas founded Unidos Marketing Network, a digital agency based on modern digital advertising principles. Since 2011, the company has helped local small businesses compete and succeed in a fast-moving market characterized by rapid changes in technology and digital tools.

Through the purchase of the Old Steelworkers Union Hall in 2018, Cardenas contributed to Joliet’s revitalization efforts. As an entrepreneur, he created 3TEN, a shared workspace hub that provides entrepreneurs with modern, inspiring, and cost-effective office space. Cardenas is committed to collaborating with others to make Joliet more attractive to small businesses.
