Alfred W. Madsen House — 613 Western Avenue

The Alfred W. Madsen House is a 2-story, red brick, Colonial Revival style structure built circa 1918. The structure is an excellent example of Colonial Revival style, with a symmetrical front façade and steeply pitched side gable roof, and matching red brick garage. The structure is a Local Landmark and is part of the Upper Bluff National Register and Local Districts.
