Utility Rates 

The City of Joliet utility bills are calculated in hundred cubic feet (HCF), 1 HCF is equivalent to 748 gallons.  Current Utility Rates can be found here.  Bills are calculated for days of service on water, sewer, and municipal waste, as well as actual water consumption. 

Utility Fees

Water and Sewer Connection Fees, Water Tapping Fees and Water Meter Fees are updated annually on November 1.  Current Utility Fees can be found here.
