Flowpoint Cloud is an online application that works in combination with Flowpoint water dispensing stations. Flowpoint Cloud makes it easy for you to buy water, manage your trucks, view your account, and run reports.  It can be accessed from any computer, with an internet connection, and a web browser. Logging In

Creating an account is easy!  Simply log in, hit the apply for account button, and fill out the account registration information. Once the account is approved, you will receive an email with a username and temporary password. After you receive your login information, you may log-in to your user account and begin to set up trucks.

Hydrant Meters with Automatic Meter Read Capability

Beginning with the 2021 Construction Season the City of Joliet required all contractors or Bulk Water Customers to replace their current water meter (whether it is rented from the City or privately owned), with a City of Joliet Hydrant meter fitted with AMR. This will allow the City to keep better track of water usage for audit and billing purposes.

The City of Joliet utility bills are calculated in hundred cubic feet (HCF), 1 HCF is equivalent to 748 gallons.  Current Utility Rates can be found here.
