To start utility service, please fill out the APPLICATION FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE application form and return it to Customer Service. To stop utility service please contact Customer Service.

Deposit
All applications for residential water and/or sewer service must be accompanied by a $125.00 deposit.   If the applicant is the owner of the building, no deposit is required.  All applications for commercial or industrial water and/or sewer service, must be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of two (2) times the average water bill at the premises.  If the applicant is the owner of the premises to be served, no deposit is required.  The deposit will be applied to the account's final bill, and any credits remaining on the account will be refunded to the account holder.  The account holder is responsible for notifying the City in advance of vacating the property, and providing a valid mailing address to where any refund checks should be sent.

Penalty
A 1.5% penalty will be charged if the water bill is not paid in full by the due date.
