In accordance with Chapter 18, Article XX Charitable Raffles of the Joliet Code of Ordinances, the City of Joliet requires issuance of a Raffle Permit. Only charity raffles sponsored by an organization or institute organized and operated to benefit an indefinite number of public members are licensed by the City of Joliet. Four types of permits are available.

Not-For-Profit Street Solicitation (Tag Days)

Not-For-Profit Street Solicitation (Tag Days) - Spanish

In accordance with Chapter 22, Article I Solicitation of Business and Contribution on Highways and Streets of the Joliet Code of Ordinances, an application is required for not-for-profit groups to solicit donations on the public rights-of-way in the City of Joliet. Collection on Illinois Route 59 is prohibited.
