Join Joliet LEDA, the Hispanic Latino Coalition (HLC), Golden Stars - Casa de la Cultura, and the City of Joliet, Bicentennial Park Division at the Annual Día de los Muertos event on Tuesday, November 1st from 6-9 p.m.
